Return and Refund Policy – 20 days return
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with the products we offer. In the event you get a defected product or a different one you did not order, please send an email and we will send you proper instructions to return the product. You can return the products within 20 business days from the date of delivery. If you do not want an exchange we will analyze the situation and offer a refund. Please note, in order to avoid the fraudulent refund requests, it is imperative for us to investigate your order, and if we suspect the request is fraudulent, we reserve the right to decline the refunds.
In case we find that you have not received what you paid for, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed in 5-7 business days (or may take longer). Also, the refund will be processed in the same credit card or PayPal account you used to make the purchase.
